Users who were tensed with blur photo issue with their iPhone 6 plus phone have great news as the company has finally decided to support for fuzzy picture issue. The issue is correct iSight camera present at the back of iPhone 6 Plus phones and are not ‘Selfie’ camera.
Apple has issued a formal statement to replace the camera all at free of cost. All those affected customers encountering this issue in their device can easily fix it from authorized service providers. Users need to first check that their phone is enlisted in the recall by simply entering the serial number on the company’s official website.
Track down the serial number from Settings>General> About present on an iPhone. It is also present on the device’s original box which one can find it out from iTunes.The complain for this issue was registered and lot of replies to such had also come but only now that a serious step had been finally taken to fix it. Users can now finally take a breath of sigh now with confirmations of support from company itself.
